Commander Va’zoik's Obthra Infiltration Group File Revealed.

Sharlij, playing the part of spotter for the Epsilon sniper slowly inched her blade out of its sheath without breaking concentration down field with her binoculars. She was calling out potential targets and ranges to the Epsilon. With a final flick of her wrist the blade was free and she swung it through the Epsilon, cutting him in two, her face was filled with a blue smoke. Suddenly her entire body was writhing in pain as nanobots coursed through her. Damnit, she had hit the damn Epsilons nanopulser with the blade, her world went black as her body begun to fight off and knit her body back together, already regenerating the wounds.

A Varangian guard saw a Q-Drone climb to its firing position, thinking quickly they pulled the pin on a smoke grenade before the Q-Drone could take sight down range. No sooner had the smoke poured over the building top had the Varangian heard movement.

"Is that you Gunther?"

"I thought it was you" he replied. Suddenly the beacon between them was gone and the Varangian lunged forward while Gunther was stunned. No sooner had the Varangian guard made contact when he felt a cold steel of a monofiliment blade pierce his gut. He dropped to his knees as the life left him able to just make out a Speculo killer running downfield, pulling the pins on their own smoke to cover the retreat.

Daryl, shocked at the speed of the Shasvastii ambush piloted his power armour around the corner to see down the long street and the Q-Drone. A few bursts from his HMG and he had downned the drone as well as 2 Taighas advancing down the street.

He then got on the comms and gave the orders for both his Gangbuster and Sirius team to remove the two remaining Taighas. He would need to make a plan to push into enemy territory and capture the Shasvastii beacon. He also had the Varangian Guard use his submachine gun to bring down the Speculo who had been regernating wounds after taking down his Epsilon who was to provide coverering fire.

With the beacon secured Va'zoik knew his time had come. He had the E-Drone plot a landing path for him as he proceeded to land behind the Deva toting a Spitfire and Multipspectral Visor. Va'zoik knew that those visors were often the death of his camoflauged forces.

The Deva turned just in time to receive his two chest mines to the face. Va'zoik, after landing deep in the enemy rear with his perfected HALO jumps now pushed forward to take down the Sirius remote and another Varangian Guard.

The Gamma must have been inspired by Va'zoiks jump and continued jump. A Delta was hurdling to the battlefield. Daryl smile quickly faded, despite relaying perfect coordinates to ambush the Speculo carrying his beacon the Delta landed behind him.

"What the F*C# are you doing here?"

Daryl didn't wait for an answer as he pushed forward down the main road, he pushed all the way to the Shasvastii front. Holstering his HMG he drew his Heavy Pistol and blew away a Caliban who had been waiting to advance and block the main road.

Garash, Va'zoiks second Caliban was ordered to spring the final ambush. Garash snuck behind Daryl on top of the building. Then leapt down behind him, Daryl turned to see him, but it was too late. Garash was already surging forward with his D-charges. Garash walked away from what was left of Daryls power armour after the D-Charges had detonated.

Smiling, Garash strapped a second set of D-Charges to the enemy supply crates, he did love blowing things up he thought.

Va'zoik poured a scotch and handed it to Daryl.

"Well I knew we needed training against ambush attacks, I just didn't realize how terrifyingly precise you were going to be Va'zoik!" Daryls voice wavered between admiration of Va'zoiks skill on the battlefield and frustration at his failure.

"I am sure glad we are on the same side now Va'zoik, Shall we set up another training drill tomorrow?"

Va'zoik, raised his glass allowing Daryl to clink his glass before they both took a deep sip of the 12 year old scoth.

"It is good to be of service Daryl, however, tomorrow I must redeploy to aid in the stabilization of the QAZ and helping the civilians out of harms way. It would seem your AI has been careless and it falls to the EI to close the QAZ and rescue the civilians of the human sphere.
