Setting the scenery, I suggest that we do something fun : one third of the table will be a dense jungle, so LOS from and to this zone will be limited to 2 feet (24 »). This result in a something like half the table feel « dense » and the other half « clear ». Interesting and resolving our little lack of scenery problem.
I win the initiative roll, choose the deployment because of some high ground on my side where I don’t want my Shasvastii opponent put his « certainly here » Noctifer.
He deploy first and choose to go first too, obviously.
The four following pictures are the only ones I took, due to poor lighting and much more poor quality of every pictures my phone does… Anyway it was useful to remember all the damned good things that happened during this game !
Tips to enjoy the batrep : read this on a computer and do not hesitate to click on the batrep pictures to enlarge it ! Next time I probably write in larger size… or do something different cos it took me about 7 hours to do it !
Wow what pictures! the effort!
And how am I suppose to make a battle report half as good when you set the quality standard so high ?
Wow, impressive work. Doing maps / top-view replay is nice to understand how stuff evolved.
Oh yeah, terrain! So overlooked yet so fun!
Well this was a intresting way to go about it, a little hard to read so might have to make the text bigger next time. But it’s pretty dam cool
We got less than 20hrs for all reports to be finalized. If this report is not in tip top shape commander you will be in big trouble!!! (Lmao I’m jking but make sure you get it up before the end mark or else your victory will go to waste!!
